A Matter of Life and Death

Join us for this unique evening exploring important questions all adults need to answer in order to talk with their family, create their personal End-of-Life plan, and make their wishes known.

Our panel of experts will address a range of topics covering practical, medical, and theological issues. Examples include:

  • What documents should I prepare and have stored?
  • How do I make my End-of-Life preferences known?
  • What is the difference between palliative and hospice care?
  • What happens in the case of an unexpected death?
  • How does our faith address issues faced during illness and dying?
  • What does a funeral director do?
  • How do funeral services differ for cremation and burial?

Doors open at 6p and program begins at 6:20p. A question and answer period will follow presentations by each panel member.

Refreshments will be served. Bring a friend or even better, bring a family member with you!

This event is sponsored by ACT II and is open to everyone, regardless of age.
