Instructor Philip Binderman, Senior SCORE Counselor

Mr. Binderman has extensive experience in franchising. He has worked for some of the largest franchisers including Subway, McDonald's and Baskin Robbins. He has both assisted prospective franchisees in their decision making process as well as recruited, selected and trained them. Mr. Binderman has also worked with franchise operators in building a management team and improving their operations.
