For over 20 years, Carmen Hall worked for 8 different mall owners as a Leasing Representative in 54 different super and regional malls across the West Coast, holding positions such as: Specialty Leasing Manager, Assistant Mall Manager, Regional VP of Specialty Leasing, Director of Specialty Leasing and Leasing Representative. She negotiated leases on the landlord’s behalf with national, regional & local retailers. 6 years ago, Ms. Hall founded Golden Rule Resources, or GRR, a commercial real estate brokerage with Tenant Representation as the primary area of focus. In the past 4 years GRR has represented clients leasing space inside super regional malls, industrial parks, street retail, neighborhood & community centers across the country.
