Calgary is the largest city in Alberrta and the 5th largest in Canada.  Our city is found on the Bow River and about 80km from the Canadian Rocky Mountains, our city's landscaping is a mix of dynamic big-city energy, cheerful western hospitality and wondrous natural beauty.

During the 42nd Annual TDMMA conference, we are pleased to offer you a customized guided tour of Banff, it's wildlife with a gonolda ride and a Lake Cruise (optional).   

For our American friends, take advantage of our currency exchange! For all our friends, check out Calgary's outlet mall, Crossiron Mills  or hit up our largest mall Chinook Centre which is 1.35 million square feet packed of retail shopping, eateries and entertainment.

SPOUSE  |  ITINERARY

Monday Aug.28  |  8:30 am  |  Spouse Registration 

Registration table will be in the Eau Claire Room, the Mixer Meet & Greet to follow at 9:00 to 10:30am.  This will be a great opportunity to tour Calgary's downtown core during the day, check out the Quick Links on the left panel. 

Tuesday Aug.29  |  7:00 am  |  Optional Guided Banff Tour

If you are registered for the Banff Guided Tour, please meet in the front lobby (main floor), our bus will leave promptly at 7:15 am.

You will be given a 2 hour break to enjoy Banff Avenue so you can have your lunch and do some serious shopping! 

This will be a 10 hour day (we promise you, that you will not regret it) so please try to dress comfortably and  remember to bring your cameras!

Wednesday  Aug.30  |  It's your FREE day to explore Calgary!

Check out the Quick Links (left panel) for other tours happening in Calgary during your stay. If you require quick, last minute trips to fulfil your personal errands please feel free to call our volunteer driver, he/she will be more than happy to drive you! Details will be provided to you during the mixer.

Thursday Aug.31  |  6:00 pm  |  The 42nd Annual TDMMA Banquet Dinner

Cocktails and hour'erves served at 6:00pm in the Grand Foyer beside the Britannia Room.  Be ready to be amazed by the surprise entertainment we have in-store for you!
