Join us for a Spanish-inspired dinner at Hamilton's Grill Room, one of the best restaurants in Lambertville, NJ. 

The evening promises to be a real Grill Room experience, featuring some of owner/chef Jim Hamilton’s favorite dishes.

True to Jim’s style, the menu is both eclectic and balanced, with Spanish-inspired dishes as well as

We’ll be serving the hors d’oeuvres and the
entrée family-style. Jim’s Classic Paella will be
the main event, featuring shrimp, mussels, clams, sweet sausage and saffron, all served in an oversized paella pan.

The dinner will be held in the Gallery Room - a seductive, soaring space, with pillowed banquettes and views of the canal.

Guests are encouraged to BYO beer and wine.
