Big changes in Lambertville!
With the passing of restauranteur and chef Jim Hamilton this past February, many have wondered what the next phase will be for his popular restaurant, Hamilton's Grill Room.
We are pleased to announce that chef Brian Held, chef/owner of Brian's in Lambertville and Bistro Rouget in Stockton, will be the new executive chef and owner of the Grill Room!
Classically trained in French and American Cuisine, Brian showcases seasonal menus in a brilliant and artistic way that brings out the very best in local ingredients. [Read our post, Conversation with a chef: Brian Held, to learn more.]
And as part of the Bucks County Taste Dinner Club, you'll be some of the first patrons to experience Brian's vision for the restaurant.
Join us on Sunday, May 20 for a four-course dinner
celebrating fresh, local spring products [menu below].
Weather-permitting we'll dine on the charming garden patio overlooking the canal. Weather-not-permitting, we'll come together in the Gallery Room - a cozy, intimate space with pillowed banquettes and views of the canal. Either way, it will be lovely!
And it's BYOB too! [Although you are welcome to meet up with us before dinner at The Boathouse, one of the best bars in Lambertville, just across the courtyard from Hamilton's Grill Room.]
