Season of Giving Fundraiser is an online blitz chess tournament for players of all ages. Time control is (3+2).
All proceeds will benefit Blanchet (pronounced Blan-shay) House, a nonprofit social services organization located in downtown Portland. They provide food, clothing and housing programs to people in need. They believe that it is their responsibility to offer assistance in whatever way they can. They are not affiliated with any religious organizations though the founders are rooted in the Catholic community.

TIME CONTROL: Blitz Battle with 3 minutes + 2 second increments. Lichess computer continuously pairs during the tournament time.
CHAT FEATURE: Online tournments include a chat feature. If you choose to make comments, you MUST be polite, positive and keep your language clean and appropriate for kids and families. Otherwise, you'll be booted from the tournament!
NOTE: This event is rated through Lichess only. Results from the tournament will not affect players' NWSRS ratings.
