The 3rd Annual SoopaFitt Health Expo and Mall Festival events promotes health screenings, wellness activities, education of community-based services, and physical activities. At SoopaFitt events attendees are provided free health screenings and physical activity opportunities and access to community programs: Heartland Institute College Planning Programs, Financial Literacy Programs,  and SoopaFitt Monster Obstacle Course Challenge.

We offer empowerment services to families with children and provide access to wrap-around services and agencies.  At the SoopaFitt Health Expos we educate attendees on how to integrate healthy habits and wellness activities into their everyday life.  The focus is on health screenings and healthy eating habits, exercise, early detection, education and prevention.   

SoopaFitt activities include a monster obstacle course for the Burn 100 Calories Right Now Challenge.  Participants are rewarded with a t-shirt and or treat, after participating and performing the challenge activity of running the Monster Obstacle Course and completing the exercises. 

 The purpose of the challenge is to teach kids how to find and interpret the sugar servings on a food label; and to give families opportunities to exercise together before eating sugary snacks.  The Burn 100 Calories Right Now Challenge is a SoopaFitt favorite-fun activity for all participants, children, family members and volunteers.
