Saturday January 29th - 11am
Mandalas are beautiful art works that utilize radial symmetry as their base. Each special circle begins from a central point and all other lines/colors/symbols radiate out from there. They have been around for centuries and are common in many different cultures. Today, creating their symmetrical and balanced patterns are often used as a meditative, reflective, and restorative activity. Join us in this meditative art class with Lorrie Butcher, where you will create your own mandala design, color, and paint with watercolor pencils.
