2021 Empower Users Group Workshop and Training 

Encore Analytics is pleased to announce the third annual Empower Users' Group Workshop at the lovely Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort in Miramar Beach, Florida!

The first two days will consist of Empower training followed by the two day workshop. The workshop agenda is still evolving, but we have already lined up a number of great speakers from government organizations and industry who use Empower for program analytics, data-driven audit support, VAR collection and Corrective Action tracking. There will also be a number of technical sessions hosted by the Encore Analytics staff to cover advanced topics. The final day will start with what we consider to be the most important session, an open feedback session with our customers to prioritize future software enhancements. In addition to the great workshops listed above, attendees will have the opportunity to influence the future direction of the software via an open feedback session with the founders of Encore Analytics, Gary Troop and Jim Price. Attendees will also have the opportunity to schedule One-on-One technical support sessions to discuss any software-related topics. It's a great opportunity to meet the technical staff and exchange lessons learned.

*NEW THIS YEAR* Humphreys & Associates will be offering a Project Controls/Analyst Certification Preparation Course and PC/A Certification Test to the pre and post EUG agenda.  The Project Controls/Analyst Certification is designed for the experienced earned value specialist who wishes to distinguish himself/herself from their peers as a professional, certified Project Controls/Analyst and become a more valued asset in efficiently analyzing problems and determining appropriate resolution actions. The two days of training will occur prior to the EUG workshop and the PC/A Certification Test will take place the Friday after the EUG.

The EUG workshop also includes opportunities to socialize with other Empower users and, in keeping with tradition, we have a number of fun evening events planned. We hope to see you at the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort!
