Drug Free America Foundation Inc. (DFAF) is partnering with the Hillsborough County Anti-Drug Alliance to host 8th Annual Drug Prevention Summit. The 2-day event will be held February 17-18, 2020 at DoubleTree by Hilton Tampa Airport-Westshore. The goal of this summit is to increase awareness of the impacts of drug use and abuse, enhance knowledge of how to reduce access, change social norms and encourage discussion of current policies. The summit will focus on implementing successful prevention strategies and providing tools to empower communities to advocate for sound drug policies.
CEUs for prevention certification, substance abuse, mental health & marriage counseling will be provided over the course of the two day summit. Certificates will be handed out at the end of each day. Continental breakfast and lunch each day is included in registration fee.
