Arrive by 4:30 pm for tours of viticulture and enology facilities, including the "Petrucci vine," winery, and V. E. Petrucci Library.
THE SOCIAL
At 5:30 pm, mix and mingle with Vincent Petrucci, his family, alumni, and friends at the 5:30 pm social where you can enjoy cool beverages, wine, and hors d'oeuvres before dinner.
THE DINNER
At 6:30 pm, an Italian dinner catered by Pardini's will include your choice of Chicken Picatta or a Center Cut Top Sirloin or Portabella Mushroom Stack.
All meal choices include an Italian chopped salad, garlic bread, penne pasta abruzzi, fresh seasonal vegetables, ice water, coffee, wine, and Fresno State ice cream for dessert.
Children 10 and under may choose Penne Pasta and Meatballs for dinner.
Special dietary restrictions may be substituted upon advance request. Must be 21 years of age or older to consume alcoholic beverages.
DINNER WINE
Alumni and friends are welcome to bring a bottle of wine to share during Vincent Petrucci's dinner celebration at the Fresno State Department of Viticulture & Enology.
Cost to Attend
Social & Dinner Celebration $42.00 per person
Children 10 and under $15.00 per person
Pay in advance by check, or commit to pay at door by credit card on June 27.
Birthday Wishes
Former students, friends, and family are invited to send a personal message to Vincent Petrucci via cynthiaw@csufresno.edu by June 19 that may be part of a memory book and/or presentation during the dinner celebration on June 27.
Contributions
In lieu of gifts, donations may be made to the VEAA in Vincent Petrucci's name to support the V. E. Petrucci Library in the Fresno State Department of Viticulture & Enology.
