Course Description: The decisions of the NCAA Committees on Infractions and Infractions Appeals Committees grab national headlines. Most importantly, the committees’ rulings influence the decision-making of administrators, legal counsel and compliance officers at thousands of colleges and universities. The webinar will review the most important decisions and rulings issued by the infractions committees in 2015, as well as highlight key legal, administrative and compliance information from each featured opinion. The presenter, Michael Buckner, a Fort Lauderdale, Florida-based education and sports law attorney, will apply a deeper approach to the most-watched cases by answering key questions about the infractions decisions.
