Course Description and Objectives: This webinar and CLE will provide participants with a step-by-step approach to conduct an internal investigation--from retaining a client, starting an investigation, preparing a report and addressing any regulatory issues. The presenter, Michael Buckner, will use his experiences conducting investigations of alleged NCAA rules-violations to provide an entertaining, informative and behind-the-scenes look at investigative activities. Throughout the webinar, Mr. Buckner will offer tips and best pratices using hypotheticals based on real-life events, as well as insight from prior NCAA infractions cases:
