Small Utility Scholarships - To encourage participation from small utilities (less than 500 connections) workshop registration fees will be waived for 3 operators from small utilities.  Full registration and payment is required (remember to fill in the box on the registration form for the number of connections).  If you are one of the first three to apply, your registration fees will be refunded.  Contact Jeff Lundt to apply or for more information at jeff.lundt@kingcounty.gov .

Student Scholarships - To encourage participation from students at colleges and community colleges who are looking to enter the water and wastewater fields, workshop registration fees will be waived.  Contact Jeff Lundt to apply or for more information at jeff.lundt@kingcounty.gov .

Lodging - If you are coming from out of town and need lodging, let us know and we will send a map of the local hotels, many within easy walking distance of the Lynnwood Convention Center.

Payment - Payment by credit card or mailed-in check is accepted.  Credit card payment uses the PayPal serivce but a PayPal account is not required

Please note the registration system needs a unique email for each registration.  If you do not have a work or home email to use call Jeff Lundt (206/477-5582) for a work-around.

Cancellation Policy - If a registrant is unable to attend the event and a substitute within the organization can attend, please contact Jeff Lundt at jeff.lundt@kingcounty.gov to update information.  If unable to attend or send a substitute, contact Jeff Lundt at least one week before the event for a refund (minus a $20 processing fee).  Refunds after that time will not be given.
