Lynnwood Convention Center
Display Table Price $275
($300 after Wednesday May 20th)
Thank you for your interest in the 2020 Western Washington Short School & Trade Show. This training opportunity attracts operators, engineers and managers from a large number of local and regional utilities.
We have found the Lynnwood Convention Center to be an ideal training and trade show location and are pleased to continue to hold the event there. The Center has a large parking lot with quick access to I-5. Lots of space for displays in the exhibit hall and a potion of the adjacent first floor lobby. We can accommodate trailers and oversize displays in the parking lot or the driveway at the first floor lobby entry (no additional charge). Classes are right across the hall and three separate blocks of the day are reserved for participants to come meet with you.
120V power is available to your table if you request it on the registration form.
Exhibit hours are 9:35 AM to 2:30 PM. Set-up begins as early as 7:00 AM with tear-down from 2:30 - 5:00 PM. Early set up is available Tuesday afternoon after 2 PM. Please call or email by Monday noon to let us know if you'd like to set up early. There is a driveway right outside the first floor lobby that will be open for convenient loading and unloading of displays.
The registration fee of $275 covers a display table and chairs, access to power, plus lunch and refreshments for two attendees. Registration fee increases to $300 after Wednesday, May 20th. Additional attendees (beyond 2) can be registered for a fee of $35 each. Registration is web based and credit cards are accepted. You can also print your registration confirmation and mail it in with a check if you would rather pay that way. Please note our credit card payment option is through PayPal but you do not need a PayPal account to use it, they are only the processing entity
