Driving Directions 

Island Residents and Ferry Riders - We can provide pick-up service from the WSDOT ferry terminal to the Workshop in Anacortes for those who wish to come over without a car.  At the end of the Workshop we will see you get back to the ferry terminal.  If you need a ride, please indicate the ferry scheduled arrival time on your registration form.  Any other transportation questions please let us know so we can help you get to the RO Workshop.


2022 Reverse Osmosis Workshop

The Reverse Osmosis Workshop is designed for operators and engineers as well as regulators, managers and elected officials.  Speakers are people in the industry from utilities, consultants, and RO equipment manufacturers and service providers.  Topics covered include:

  • Regulations
  • Brine outfalls
  • RO System design and maintenance
  • Case Study

There will be time for Q&A and networking.

ScholarshipsSmall Systems - To encourage participation from small utilities (less than 1000 connections) the Northwest Washington Subsection will pay workshop registration fees for 4 operators from small utilities.  To be eligible for a scholarship please register and pay for the workshop and on the registration form indicate the number of connections for your utility.  If your registration is one of the first four received, your registration fee will be refunded following completion of the workshop.  First Come - First Served. 

Cancellation Policy - If a registrant is unable to attend the event and a substitute within the organization can attend, please contact Jeff Lundt at to update information.  If unable to attend or send a substitute contact the above at least one week before the event for a refund (minus a $10 processing fee).  Refunds after that time will not be given.

If the workshop is cancelled due to lack of registration or another reason, full refunds will be provided.

Payment can be by credit card or check.  Credit cards are processed by PayPal but a PayPal account is not required.
