Clean Energy Summit for SCE Business Customers

This special event will provide a forum to hear information about California’s greenhouse gas (GHG) goals and regulations, learn from subject matter experts about innovative programs and technologies, and gather best practices from sustainability-focused customers.

Main Session
9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

Session 1: The Integrated Path to GHG Reduction

Organizations throughout the state are working to help fight climate change and reduce air emissions. This session will identify innovative programs in development, and explain how collaborating with businesses, communities, and other organizations will help accelerate change.

Session 2: Clean Energy Transformation from a Business and Public Sector Perspective

Investing in new technologies, changing operations, and developing innovative approaches to GHG reduction are some of the hallmarks of today's most savvy and proactive enterprises. This session will outline some of the forward-thinking initiatives being implemented by businesses and the public sector to combat climate change.

Option 1: Small Business/Economic Development Breakout Session

This breakout session will help small business customers learn about targeted resources for meeting their clean energy goals. Experts will share how to navigate the permit process, tips for grants/grant writing to fund clean energy projects, and more.

As the drought is at the forefront of various state initiatives, this panel will discuss what these organizations are doing, what policies and initiatives have been developed, and the work happening as part of the state taskforces.
