Due to the ongoing issues with the pandemic, BARN has been forced to convert the conference to a virtual event.  We have adjusted our Vendor participation prices as follows:

EXHIBITOR’S PROSPECTUS

GENERAL INFORMATION:

Deadline for all payments will be February 25, 2022.

BARN withholds the right to deny Exhibitor/Sponsor registration at their own discretion.

Space is limited and on a first come first serve basis.

BARN is a district of the Florida State Chapter of the Association of Rehabilitation Nurses, Inc. (registered in Florida as a nonprofit 503c for Corporations).

TERMS OF PAYMENT:

• A W-9 will be provided upon request.
• Credit card/PayPal option is available.

Exhibit hours Saturday, February 26, 2022 9:00AM to 3:00PM and available virtually on the Websites for 1 year.

SPONSOR SHOWCASE OPPORTUNITIES: Each exhibitor will be provided with a minimum of the following:

Sponsor: $150.00

• 10 spots are available.
• Each Exhibitor will be provided an electronic attendee list.
• A link to your website, Facebook page and/or twitter account will be placed on the BARN website “Web Links” page.  The conference website is where the attendees will go to view the schedule, power point slides, speaker information, and complete their evaluation and certificate.
• Each Exhibitor will have 3 minutes of pre-recorded presentation time during the meeting to showcase. This is your opportunity to stand out and make yourself memorable to the attendees. You will provide to BARN a prerecorded audio or video presentation for the audience. This is due 1 week in advance of the conference (due by February 19, 2022 to Ina Fletcher at inafletcher@comcast.net). You will be notified of the approximate air time slot in advance.
• Your business link will be on the BARN website for 1 year following the event.
