The Challenge of Change: Disrupters, New Innovations and Security Challenges in the World of Mobility

The first half of the presentation will be provided by Patricia Ann Pollard who will give attendees an overview of how the national real estate market is performing and what emerging trends we have seen over the past 12 months. Information on several major markets across the country will be shared via 5 minute video clips, highlighting the averages for homes sale and rental prices, incorporating a feel for the local market overall health and giving attendees more than just statistics. The participants will give the audience an overview of corporate activity in and out of their markets and share their predictions for the next 12 months.  These videos are produced by past Relocation Director Council (RDC) presidents and current RDC Board Members. The markets we will look at in detail are:

6. Chicago, IL
7. Portland, OR
8. San Antonio

The second half of the presentation will be provided by Brianne Woltmann of Providence Title. Brianne will give an overview of the latest Email Phishing, Ransom and Hacking concerns along with Buyer Wire Fraud alerts.
