Your culinary senses will be stimulated as you enjoy grazing 25,000 sq ft of the Broward County Convention Center filled with over 100 of our industry leading suppliers, the best products in the world and our Halperns' exclusive brands. The afternoon will consist of tastings and culinary demonstrations from our suppliers, fisherman, farmers, and harvesters. Get up close and personal with the actual growers, captains, pickers, nurturers, and ranchers of our products.

It is an event for chefs, purchasers, F&B directors, restaurant owners etc..to mix and mingle among colleagues and professionals of our industry.

This is a invitation only event and not open to the public.
