Tom Hunter is the Director of Sales & Marketing of InCheck, Inc. and consults on a variety of nationwide background screening topics. For 8 years, he has helped build InCheck from startup to becoming a nationally recognized, fully-customized provider of employment background screening and drug testing solutions to small, medium and enterprise employers.

Tom works with employers of all sizes across various industries to implement customized background screening programs based on their specific needs. He excels at working collaboratively with customers to facilitate tailored workflow solutions to create efficiencies, achieve best practices and mitigate risk while containing costs.

Tom is also well versed with managing applicant tracking system integrations and a knowledgeable resource regarding background screening compliance.
