8th Annual Midwest Health & Fitness 5K Walk/Run

Benefiting the Galena Food Pantry.  Registration includes Admission to Oktoberfest Celebration following the Walk/Run. 

Registration Information: All those are who pre-registered will receive a t-shirt.  Registration starts at 8:00am. 

Parking: Parking will be available at the Train Depot parking lot on the East Side of the river.  Please arrivee early to avoid congestion.

Post Race Celebration: Great door prizes(Must be present to win) and refreshments and snacks.

Please specify when you check out if you would like a t-shirt or a B-Dry shirt and what size. 

You submitting this registration considers the foregoing, I for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators fully release Midwest Medical Center, its successors, officers, directors and representatives and any other sponsors from any claims resulting from my voluntary participation in the Midwest Health & Fitness Walk/Run event.  I further acknowledge that I am familiar with the nature of theactivities that take place in the course of the Midwest Medical Health & Fitness Walk/Run, and I am cognizant of any dangers to my person or property presented by my participation therein, and I accept any such risk.
