June 11   The Photographer's Eye: at Marin Arts & CMCM

Learn to capture wonderful images in your frame with any point and shoot 35 mm camera. Bring your 35 mm digital camera and USB cable to upload photos to an iMac computer. You will learn what it takes to make a great art shot, start to finish.  This workshop includes two hours of training in the field, and two hours of indoor, computer training, cropping and enhancing the resulting photos in iPhoto.

We will be using the iMac Lab at CMCM for the last hour of this class. Class requires a minimum of 4 students.  Please register early, as this class is our first in the Summer Series, and starts in less than 2 weeks. Itinerary:  8am- 10am= 2 hours walking/photography instruction outdoors, photographing in downtown San Rafael and on Falkirik Center Lawns. 10-10:45am Coffee/restroom break back at Marin Arts/Crepevine, while Leela demonstrates uploading images and basic instruction in iPhoto. 10:45-11am= Walk to CMCM. 11am-12 noon= Learn to upload your own images to an iMac, crop and edit in iPhoto.
