Our chief's are preparing samples of our most popular entrees. Our consultants will be on-site to answer all of your wedding questions. Black Tie Catering customizes every wedding from the menu selection to entire reception coordinating. Our consultants assist with venue location, itinerary, and wedding consulting.

Consultants will be available for private scheduled sessions on:
Friday, Oct. 4th, from 3 am-7 pm
Saturday, Oct 5th, from 10 am-6 pm
No tasting on Friday consultation appointments only. Attendee dress is casual.
If you are unable to attend the tasting, a personal consultation can be schedule by appointment.
