2022 Adult Retreat 

Come relax and refuel at the adult retreat. Connect with other adults and enjoy a fun night out  at Hatchet Jack's. 

This event provides those affected by bleeding disorders an opportunity to catch up on the latest trends in the bleeding disorders community while meeting other local adults that are experiencing some of the same health issues.  It helps them to become more knowledgeable about the disorder and to develop a stronger support system that benefits the emotional health of individuals.

Saturday: 

• Registration and Exhibit time    12:45-1:45
• Welcome                                     1:45-2:00
• Breakout Sessions                      2:00-4:00
• Hotel Checkin                              4:00-5:00
• Dinner at Hatchet Jack's             5:00-5:30
• Axe Throwing/Connection time   5:30-7:30

Sunday: 

• Breakfast vouchures provided for members
• Hotel Check out at 11:00am

To attend, you or a member of your direct family must be a current member of Hemophilia of Iowa. You can complete your membership application at www.hemophiliaofiowa.org. There is no fee to become a member. Instead we ask that you consider donating to your bleeding disorder community.
