Forming Disciples in Mission:
A Workshop in Parish-Based Evangelization

This workshop is designed to give you the tools to understand the New Evangelization, embrace living as an intentional disciple, become comfortable sharing your personal witness, form disciples, and work in your parish to form disciples. The one-day workshop includes sessions on these topics, time together in prayer, as well as breakfast and lunch.  Any and all are welcome to attend!

Registration Details
In order to register, please enter the appropriate registration code listed in parentheses below.

• RCAB Clergy and Religious (CLERGY)
  Any clergy or religious within the Archdiocese of Boston including bishops, priests, deacons, and consecrated religious.
• RCAB Collaborative Participants (COLL)
  Any individual attending from a Phase 1, Phase 2, Phase 3, or Phase 4 collaborative, any Pastoral Center employee, or a member of the Pastoral Planning Advisory Board.  
• Non-Collaborative RCAB Participants (NONCOL)
  Any individual from the Archdiocese of Boston who is not currently in a Phase 1, Phase 2, Phase 3, Phase 4, or Phase 5 collaborative.  
• Non-RCAB Participants (NONRCAB)
  Any attendee from outside the Archdiocese of Boston.  
• Seminarians (SEMI)
  Any and all seminarians.
• Parish Nurses (NURSE)
  Any and all parish nurses. 
• Transformed in Love (TILL)
  Any individual from the Archdiocese of Boston who is attending as a pre-requisite to their Transformed in Love training.   
• Catholic Committee on Scouting (COLL)
  Any member of the Catholic Committee on Scouting.
