Wild Holidays with Santa!

See the Wild Wonders Wildlife Park like never before! Stop by our hot cocoa bar before heading out to explore a magical winter wonderland full of festive decorations, visiting all your animal friends and learning about their amazing winter adaptations. Then head to the NatureScape to drop off letters to Santa while the big man himself greets each child from high in his Christmas Treehouse Workshop! He will then deliver a special gift to every child.

General Admission: $8 per Adult, $15 per Child

Member Admission: $5 per Adult, $12 per Child Member

As always, Infants 2 and under are free!

This is a RAIN or SHINE event, and all activities are weather dependent. Programs may be modified to accommodate changes in weather as needed.

To mitigate the spread of COVID-19, we are following the below protocols:

- SANTA EXPERIENCE: Santa will greet every child from up high in the Treehouse in Alexandria's NatureScape, which will have magically transformed into his workshop. He will start by saying their name (communicated via North Pole™ technology) followed by dropping a gift through a magical Toy Chute (constructed by elves, very official). Children can then leave their Wish List in Santa's Mailbox.

- SOCIAL DISTANCING: We are minimizing crowding by spreading the event out over two weekends with four total timeslots. The event is completely outdoors, and there is plenty of space in the Wildlife Park to socially distance from other families. Face masks are required in public buildings such as the restrooms and Welcome Center.

- MASKS REQUIRED FOR HNC STAFF & VOLUNTEERS: All event staff and volunteers are required to wear a face mask at all times, and gloves when handing out candy and gifts to children.

- CONTACTLESS REGISTRATION & CHECK-IN: A map will be sent to families via e-mail, and our check-in station will only need to know your name to look you up on our roster.

Further:

We will be maintaining small group sizes
We require social distancing between unrelated groups when possible
All HNC staff will wear masks at all times
Participants are required to wear masks when indoors
Participants are highly encouraged to wear masks when outdoors and social distancing is possible. However, when social distancing is not possible, participants are required to wear masks even outdoors.
