DBE workshop: Quick and effective business planning 

This workshop has several proven planning techniques to quickly shape an effective business plan. Techniques include SWOT analysis, setting SMART goals and doing a market analysis. Participants will do several critical elements of business plans and critique plans of other class members. Participants will leave the class with significant progress on a new business plan or a significant revision of a current plan.
