September IWO Luncheon 

Join us for the September IWO Luncheon hosted by Impact Sports Chiro & Oswego CrossFit.

Impact Sports Rehab will be talking about the benefits of Acupuncture & Cupping while Oswego CrossFit will be talking about the benefits of exercise.  We will also be touring both facilities (Crossfit is right next door).

Lunch is being provided by the Village Grind and will include either Veggie Soup (vegetable broth based) or Turkey White Bean Chili, your choice of a Healthy Jar Salad, and Green Tea/water.  Dessert will be a fruit & Yogurt parfait.
