Administrative Circulars for Pass-through and Recipient Entities
Stacia LeBlanc, National Grants Management Association, and Deb Posey, Charles County, will teach this three-hour workshop, the fourth in our Fall 2013 series designed for program managers, fiscal officers and anyone else who touches a federal grant. This session will include in-depth coverage of each of the cost principles circulars covering state/local governments, higher education, and non-profits.
