Afternoon Mega-Session on Grant Reform, the “Supercircular” Explained:  Everything you
need to know from now on about the first major grant reform in fifty years.  Natalie Keegan, Congressional Research Service, moderator, will kick off with her analysis of the DATA ACT and Grant Reform intersection; Top officials from the U.S. Office of Management and Budget (OMB) will present on the new guidance every federal grant recipient must know and use beginning on December 26, 2014.   See what has changed, what has not, and the timeline for the rest of the implementation phases of federal grant reform.  You won't want to miss this rare opportunity to understand the new federal grants guidance to keep your grants dollars managed properly and thus your prospects for winning future federal dollars intact.
