Satisfy Your Insurance
Law & Ethics Update Requirement

This course meets the 4-hour* law and ethics update requirement for those agents in Florida holding licenses in Life and Health 2-15 or 2-18Life 2-14 or 2-16, or Health 2-40. 

*Effective January 1, 2022, the 5-hour Law and Ethics Update course requirement was reduced to a 4-hour Law and Ethics Update requirement by the Florida Department of Financial Services.

Topics discussed include recent laws relating to insurance, ethics, suitability of sales, unauthorized entities, and much more. Registration includes course material, the live instructor-led 4-hour webinar, and continuing education reporting with the Florida Department of Financial Services.

NOTE: You must participate with access to a screen. No audio-only call in access will be allowed. You must login 10 minutes before the 1:00 PM webinar begins (login at 12:50 PM). You must attend all four hours to obtain continuing education credits. Registration will close on Wednesday, August 24th at noon.

BONUS: This course has been accepted for 4.5 CE by CFP® Board. 

Credits may also be applied toward professional recertification requirement for CLU®, ChFC®, RICP®, CLF®, CASL®, ChSNC®, FSCP®, and WMCP®. Credits may also be applied toward recertification requirements for AAMS®, ADPA®, ABFP, APMA®, CRPC®, CRPS®, SCRIC®, FPQP®, LUTCF®, WMS®. 

Upon completion of course, attendees will receive a certificate of completion via email.

Anthony (Tony) Becerra is the Director of Hilda Tucker Insurance School in Orlando, Florida. He specializes in providing live classroom pre-licensing and continuing education classes. Through his classes and coaching programs, Tony and his team of instructors have helped thousands of people obtain and maintain their Florida insurance agent’s licenses.

Tony first discovered his love for training and coaching in the early 90s when he worked alongside his father in the car business. After 10 years honing his craft, he decided to pivot and become a licensed insurance agent.  Several years into his insurance career, Tony was offered a chance to instruct insurance classes. He immediately said yes, and never looked back. His unique teaching style and ability to engage audiences makes students feel at ease and gives them the confidence needed to pass the state exams.
