Advancing Racial Equity: Moving Ideas Into Action

Vision Action Network and community partners welcome the community back to the table as a follow-up event to VAN's Collaborative Community Forum "Responding to the Call: Advancing Racial Equity in Washington County" held on January 31 at Village Church.

Join us on April 29 to continue this dialogue and determine how we move ideas into action! By this time, we will have conducted community conversations with people of color and engaged our public sector and non-governmental leaders to discern the common priorities. We'll share what we've learned and explore the best opportunities for collaborative engagement to advance racial equity in Washington County.

Refund policy - for cancellations prior to Monday, April 15, 50% of registration fee will be refunded. No refund will be issued for cancellations after April 15.

Financial Assistance Available

Acknowledging the economic disparities that result from historical, systemic, and structural racism, as well as the economic hardship that prevents some from participating in these community-wide events, registration discounts and/or stipends are available upon request for those who:

1) identity as a person of color; and/or

2) will experience economic hardship in order to participate in the event
