Spring 2015 Learning Session

Please join us for the NPC-QIC Spring 2015 Learning Session

Conference check-in and breakfast begin at 7:15 AM on Friday, May 1st.

 

The NPC-QIC Learning Session is moving to a new location! Our Spring 2015 Learning Session will be held at The METS Center in Erlanger, KY, conveniently located near the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG). Lodging is located within walking distance to The METS Center. Free shuttles will be available between the hotels and The METS Center.

TRAVEL:

All participants must make their own airline reservations. Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG) is a five minute drive from the hotels and The METS Center.

Taxi and Shuttle Service

Arriving in Cincinnati (CVG): Use the courtesy phone located in baggage claim to arrange shuttle services to the Courtyard Marriott and Residence Inn. Guests may call on arrival; no advance notice is needed. Hotel shuttles pick up outside of baggage claim. Follow the crosswalk to the median outside baggage claim where hotel vans pick up passengers. Shuttles are free to all guests and run 24/7.

Departing from Cincinnati (CVG): Shuttle service from the hotels and The METS Center to CVG is available. Contact the hotel front desk to make arrangements. Shuttles depart approximately every 15 minutes and are free to guests.

WHAT TO WEAR: Dress is business casual. You may wish to bring a sweater or jacket as the meeting rooms may be chilly at times.

MEALS: Breakfast, breaks, and lunch will be provided at the Learning Session on Friday and Saturday. A reception, including refreshments and hors d'oeurves, will follow the Learning Session on Friday, May 1st.
