2018 TNGIA Gang Conference 

This is our annual Gang Conference. It is also our 20th Anniversary and we are looking forward to sharing it with you. We are changing things up a little this year. The conference will be Tuesday through Thursday with conference registration on Monday evening and Tuesday morning. The conference fee will be $150 with an additional non-refundable registration fee of $25 for a total of $175 before August 1, 2018. After August 1, 2018, the total fee will will be $200. No fees will be refunded after August 13, 2018. If you are a current or former Board member, a vendor or speaker contact me for your promo code. These are the only ones with promo codes.The hotel rate is $91 per night single or double occupancy.

Monday will be a Basic Gang Certification class. This is not included in the conference fees. This class is optional and will be an additional $75. The registration for this class will be Sunday night and Monday morning.

We will be offering conference T-shirts again. You have two options: purchase one during online registration or buy one at the conference. If you plan to buy one at the conference, please provide your shirt size during registration. If you purchase one during online registration, do not respond to the section about purchasing one at the conference. 

An issue we have each year is that someone who is not the attendee registers them and puts their own information instead of the attendee's. Make sure you are putting the attendee's information including correct name, title and email address. There is correspondence that needs to get to the attendee and this will help us get it to the correct person. Also pay attention to the fields on the registration page. Last year we had agency or unit names put under titles and other issues. 

REMEMBER YOU MUST BRING YOUR AGENCY ID TO REGISTRATION. NO AGENCY ID, NO REGISTRATION . WE WILL BE SUPPLYING EVERYONE WITH A CONFERENCE ID THAT IS MANDATORY AT ALL CONFERENCE FUNCTIONS. YOU WILL NOT BE ADMITTED WITHOUT THIS ID AND IT MUST BE VISIBLE AT ALL TIMES. THE NAME SUPPLIED AT REGISTRATION WILL BE THE NAME ON THE ID BADGE AS WELL AS THE CERTIFICATE. MAKE SURE THIS NAME IS CORRECT
