Florida District Advance Guest (adult) Registration   

Welcome!  This form is to be used to register your GUESTS (adult) for 2019 Florida District Advance.  This form is NOT for meals or housing.  Delegates and children are registered through a different link at www.floridadistrictadvance.com.

This is what you need to know before you start the registration process:

• Report only those who actually will be attending from your church. 
• Please report one guest at a time
• Delegates (including ministers) and children should be registered separately - see link on www.floridadistrictadvance.com 
• You MUST use a different email address for each delegate or the system will not accept the name.

        Email Work-Around Options:  
Free email addresses can be set up at www.google.com (click on "Gmail" in the upper right corner)
      OR  If a delegate does not have email, designate someone else to receive their email
       OR Create a "fake" email using floridandaz.com - ex: JudySmith@floridanaz.com (least desireable)

• After registering a guest, you can return to the event page to register more
• Those registered will receive email confirmation and a link to a printable ticket to bring to check-in
• If you use one of the "fake" options above, you will need to print their ticket for them
