All leaders will face a critical challenge at some point during their career; the outcome of which can be a defining moment for the organization. Deciding whether to pivot the overall strategy of the company to address the challenge requires a critical assessment of the lens, or perspective, in which the issue is being viewed. Don Henderson uses concepts from sleight-of-hand and illusion as the conduit for presenting an original method to seeing yourself in a different way and assessing strategic decisions from multiple perspectives.
