Jeff Brown Jeff Brown has been an active Lean consultant and change agent for over 20 years and has worked with small and large companies worldwide to help them sharpen their business performance.  His particular focus is developing and mentoring leaders, encouraging clear direction setting and building “change capacity” in business units.

Jeff has almost 30 years of worldwide business experience with Exxon Chemicals.  He learned his Lean skills while managing a supplier company to the Japanese car industry 25 years ago.  His background since then has included manufacturing, service, design and IT clients.

 

Walter McCracken Dr. McCracken advises select companies in technology-oriented business and program management mainly in aerospace/defense industry. His prior corporate experience has been executive level management in such companies as: General Electric, Lockheed Martin, Eagle-Picher Technologies, Advanced Bionics and SRI International. He has founded or co-founded several businesses ranging from an analytical lab to a specialty battery manufacturer to an entertainment consulting firm.
