Please note that BODCOE event registration/attendance is strictly for:
- C-Level Executives, General Counsel and Board Members of middle market ($25M+ in annual revenue or 100+ employees) and larger companies, and
- Directors/VP’s/EVP’s/Controllers of companies with $250M+ in annual revenues, and
- Private Equity and Venture Capital professionals (Principal and higher in title) of committed capital funds
Refund Policy
Board of Directors Center of Excellence (BODCOE) Refund Policy. In the event you want to cancel your attendance at a BODCOE event you must notify info@boardseats.org at least 10 business days before the registered event for a refund (an administration fee of $25 will apply). Cancellations less than 10 business days before the registered event will not be entitled to a refund of any kind and will not be offered an alternative event date. Registrants that do not meet the eligibility requirements will also incur a $25 administration fee.
