2023 Annual Stipend Application

GAPPA is Offering Stipends to Member Institution Attendees
Limited to 3 per institution

Purpose: To provide financial assistance for travel expenses and registration fee to qualifying GAPPA members who wish to attend the Annual Meeting and Trade Show, May 27 - 31, 2023.

Stipend Amount: 

  • Travel - Up to $1000 per person
  • Registration Fee - waived (Register using promo code provided once application is approved)

Expenses Covered

  • Mileage to and from member institution to Jekyll Island at (current State rate)
  • Hotel lodging (per current State policy)
  • Meals not included as part of registration fee (current State per diem)
  • Registration Fee (if applicable) 

General Eligibility (Institution must be current on dues)

  • Applicant must be a current employee of a member institution.
  • Applicant must also complete online registration for the GAPPA 2023 Annual Meeting & Trade Show. 
Instructions:
  • Complete all required fields.  Add up to 2 additional applicants for your institution on same form, or register each individual separately.
  • Select only one option:
    1. Travel Expenses Only
    2. Registration Fee Only
    3. Both

Note:  Travel stipend applications will be taken on a first come basis and will be approved based on description of need and total allocation limit.

Reimbursement to Member Institute: Submission Deadline, July 31, 2023

  • Reimbursement will be post Annual Meeting and Trade Show
  • Submit reimbursment request to your institution for personal reimbursement
  • Send GAPPA a copy of the reimbursement request referenced above by e-mail to:
