Curries are the ultimate fast food. After this class you will never order a take-out again. We will show you how to make a Thai Green Curry and an Indian Korma from scratch. On top of this you will also make Naan bread and serve them with a spiced Lamb Kofta and beetroot Riata. You will sit down at the end of the class and enjoy your meal.
