PeaceJam Northwest Conference 2019 Junior Registration Form 

This form is for schools/organizations that are coming for the PeaceJam Junior Northwest Conference.  In addition to the GROUP REGISTRATION FORM, we will need a paper copy of the STUDENT REGISTRATION AND RELEASE FORMS for each participant that is signed by their parent and/or guardian.  Please email or bring a physical copy of these forms for each participant.  Youth who do not have a signed form from their parent/guardian, will not be able to participate!!

Registration is $25.

PeaceJam Northwest is committed to making this life-changing experience as accessible to all youth as possible.  We do have scholarship funds availabe for students in financial need.  No student will be turned away for lack of funds!
