Early Spring Reading Club

This Class is designed for students age 4 to 1st grade.

Success in school starts with reading.  Learning to read is hard work for children. Fortunately, research is now available that suggests how to give each child a good start in reading. Join us for a once per week, hour long class for students and a caregiver..

Choose either the Monday or Wednesday class.  Classes runs from 4:30-5:30 and are held at St. Luke's Episcopal Church, 1884 22nd Street NW, Rochester.

Monday Class Dates: Feb 27, March 6, 13, 20, 27, April 10

Wednesday Class Dates: Feb 22, March 1, 8, 15, 22, 295

Tuition of $150 covers the class for both parent/guardian and child.  If Rochester Public Schools is canceled for bad weather, Reading Club is automatically canceled, too.  We will have make up days at the end of session if there are weather related closure(s).

This class runs in six week increments throughout the school year.  Class size is limited and priority given to students who are currently enrolled.

Other Details for All Classes:

• Full payment for classes is due at the time of registration online, or within one weeks if paying by mail, to keep your student's place in the class.  If you wish to set up a payment plan, please contact our bookkeeper, Gade Grinnell at 507-288-5271.
• Partial scholarships are available for qualified families on a first-come, first-served basis.  See our website for a scholarship application.
• Each child requires a separate registration, and will receive a separate confirmation email.
• The Reading Center reserves the right to cancel (and refund tuition) for classes if not enough registrations are received.
