Professional - $50
This membership is offered to a healthcare professional who has an interest in the development, delivery, or administration of diabetes education, prevention, and care or who is involved in diabetes research.
Para-Professional - $30
This membership level is available to para professionals, promotoras, community health workers, retired healthcare workers, and healthcare students/trainees with an interest in diabetes prevention, education, care, and research.
Organizational Partners - $125
This membership level allows up to five (5) designated members of the organization to participate as regular members.
Sustaining Partners - $500
This level allows for two (2) designated members for the company and to have an info table at each event.

The New Mexico Diabetes Advisory Council is a not-for-profit organization that serves in an advisory capacity to dietitians, health educators, nurses, pharmacists, physicians, social workers, and representatives from clinics, pueblos, tribes, educational institutions, and many other community partners across New Mexico.
NMDAC’s educational programs not only provide continuing education opportunities on diabetes-related topics, but each meeting also offers camaraderie and information sharing among healthcare professionals who are making a difference in the lives of those with diabetes.

Membership is for one year and ends December 31, 2015. Membership form and payment is requested by January 31 of each membership year. Membership will not be pro-rated for late enrollments; full payment will be due for partial or mid-year enrollments. A one-time visitor or guest is permitted to attend for a charge of $15, only applicable to non-members. A full membership will be required to attend subsequent meetings/trainings.
