Drawing your Family Together, One Meal at a Time!

Spending time "doing" as a family can sometimes get in teh way of "being" a family.  We rush from one activity or commitment to the other and sometimes feel like strangers to each other when we have time to sit and breathe. This presentation will assist families in using that most important time, a shared meal, as a quality time to connect as a family and to share faith.  Weather you can manage eating together one night or seven nights a week, Family Table Time can help strengthen your family bonds, build your child's self-esteem and most importantly, increase faith, communication, collaboration and co-operation within your family.
