This 2 hour course discusses in detail what you need to know  to understand the basics in government contracting. Discussions include rules, regulations and the law as it relates to solicitations and those things that are important to know before you start the bidding process.

February 23, 2012 How to Assemble a Technical Proposal                                 Room 2200

We discuss in detail what you need to know in order to effectively assemble and prepare a Technical Proposal. An actual solicitation and how to prepare a Technical Proposal for that solicitation will be discussed. You will be provided a copy of a power point handout with detailed information, a 34 page document that is part of a solicitation along with comments, as it relates to the assembly of the technical proposal.

The objective is to teach you how to read, follow and understand a government soliciation as it relates to writing and assembling a government Technical Proposal.
