Mr. James D. Stegeman is the Architecture and Standards Manager for the Space Communications and Navigation Program (SCaN) at the Glenn Research Center (GRC) since April 2015.  This position is within the Space Communication and Spectrum Management Office of the Space Flight Systems Directorate providing direct support to the SCaN Program at NASA Headquarters in Washington,DC.  The SCaN program is within the Human and Operations Mission Directorate (HEOMD).  Read More.
