Learning Objectives:

  • Identify possible resources within the community hospital to support scholarly activity.
  • Utilize a multi-disciplinary committee to evaluate, review and mentor trainees in development of projects
  • Utilize resources to strengthen and evaluate projects prior to IRB submission, presentation or publication.
  • Have the framework needed to develop an Academic Development Committee to support scholarly activity.
