Learning Objectives:
- Identify possible resources within the community hospital to support scholarly activity.
- Utilize a multi-disciplinary committee to evaluate, review and mentor trainees in development of projects
- Utilize resources to strengthen and evaluate projects prior to IRB submission, presentation or publication.
- Have the framework needed to develop an Academic Development Committee to support scholarly activity.
