Searching for teaching strategies that raise student achievement? 

Attend McREL's Classroom Instruction that Works workshop to learn the best research-based instructional strategies and how to implement them in the classroom. Discover how each strategy can be effective with any student, at any grade level, in any subject area to enhance student achievement

You’ll also learn about specific types of knowledge—vocabulary terms and phrases, details, generalizations, and principles—and how they can be applied to the strategies as well as how to effectively sequence them throughout curriculum units.

Who should attend?  K–12 educators in all subject areas, staff developers, curriculum instructors

Tuition: $795 per person, $745 per person for groups of three or more. Includes handouts and materials, a light breakfast, lunch, and snacks on each day of training.

*This course qualifies for continuing education credits at Adams State College.

Accommodations are recommended at the Hyatt Regency Denver Tech Center Hotel. The hotel is located just two blocks from the training location.
